Brother Roger founded the Taizé Community in 1945 with a vision of Christians from all backgrounds praying together as a sign of reconciliation and the love of God. Today there are around 100 brothers of the community who welcome 100,000 young people each year to seek, share and pray together. We are inviting Christians of all backgrounds to pray together in the style of the Taizé community so that we can also be a visible sign of unity.
We are especially inviting young people aged 14-24 to take part in a time of discussion and sharing before the main prayer.
