Woman’s Aid Rail to Refuge scheme Accessing money can be difficult for women experiencing domestic abuse and it can be a huge barrier for those looking to travel to safety. That is why the Rail to Refuge scheme was set up to cover the cost of nationwide rail travel for survivors of domestic abuse travelling to a confirmed refuge space. The scheme has covered all of Britain’s rail network since April 2020 during the first national lockdown and has recently been extended to last until the end of March 2021. If anyone knows of anyone in this position phone 03457484950
