LIVE SIMPLY Tip of the Week Stick at 70 mph on motorways instead of cruising at 80–85 mph. Not only is it illegal, but fuel costs can go up by as much as 4p/5p a mile for small cars. According to the Slower Speed initiative driving at 50 mph instead of 70 mph can reduce fuel consumption further by 30%.

CAFOD Parliament in your Parish Engaging our MPs to plan a better post-COVID world. The eyes are on the UK as we host both the G7 and COP26 summits this year. It is as important as ever that we hold our politicians accountable after the pandemic to rebuild in a way that addresses the world’s most pressing ecological and social issues. We are planning to get a group of Catholic’s together from the Worthing, Rustington, Lancing, Shoreham area to have Zoom meetings our MP’s Sir Peter Bottomley & Tim Loughton on issues related to CAFOD’s Reclaim our Common Home campaign such as climate change, debt & the aid budget as a means to encourage our MPs to take action see  Please email:  if you would like to be included, young people especially welcome, the date to be arranged.
