For Many years Colin White has done a magnificent job of contributing a piece to the A & B News each month. We are most grateful to him for his great support and ask the Lord to Reward him. However, he would now like to hand this task on to someone else. I would grateful if someone would take this on and also perhaps act as publicity officer for the Parish.

Lent starts on Wednesday 22nd February and there will be a number of small group meetings (lasting about 1.5 hours) each week during Lent to discuss and reflect on the Gospel readings and on the Mass. Why not try them out even though you may not manage all the meetings? 

In the past people have found them very rewarding, prayerful and friendly. The guideline books "Communion with Christ" are available free of charge in the Church Shop. If you would like to run a small group you will find these books very helpful and will walk you through each step and the Holy Spirit will do the rest!

The Rainbow Unit at St. Mary of the Angels Church will have spaces available after Easter.

Rainbows are aged from 5 to 7 and have fun and make new friends. We meet on Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:45 in the Parish Centre.
